Requested Agenda Item Description: This request is to fund 9 FTEs Community health workers and 1 program manager who are trusted voices within differing communities where have been impacted disproportionality by COVID. They assist in many areas such as COVID vaccine information, COVID testing locations, and helping community members connect with resources such as rent assistance, food, or various other needs that have arisen during the pandemic. This funding will continue these important efforts.
