Requested Agenda Item Description: Former Assessor Kevin Jacobs has resigned from the MCAT which leaves a vacancy. The MCAT Interlocal Agreement indicates that it is the County’s Legislative Body that appoints a trustee to represent the county and therefore the Appointment of Assessor Chris Stavros would fill the vacancy.
