Description:

 Salt Lake County Regional Planning and Transportation and Public Works request to enter into an agreement with a Letter of Understanding for $77,500 for the maintenance of four park and ride lots from the 4^th Quarter Choice fund. In addition, Salt Lake County will enter into an interlocal agreements with following entities; UTA, UDOT, Cottonwood Heights, Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, Solitude in regard to the parking lot maintenance and pay schedules (Attachment C).
