Description: Municipal Services District Staff, County Staff, and their Consultants will present the review of the application which consists of a General Plan Amendment, Rezone of the property to the P-C zone, and the associated Master Development Agreement. Olympia Land L.L.C. would like to present following County Staff and will be submitted on a separate agenda request. Staff would like to request 1.5 hrs. and Olympia Land L.L.C. would like to request 1.5 hrs. (listed on separate request Form) Public Hearing Dates are set for January 14th 2020 at 6:00 pm and January 28th 2020 at 4:00 pm. Information can be found at www.olympiahillsrezone.com
