Requested Agenda Item Description: Upon the directive from Mayors Finance, a journal entry and budget adjustment are required to realign FY23 lease expenses at the Clark Planetarium’s Annex leased space in compliance with GASB 87 requirements. Consequently, a budget reappropriation totaling $81,850 is necessary.
