Requested Agenda Item Description: Recently, Governor Cox proclaimed March, 2024 as Resilient Utah Month. This Proclamation follows his leadership in recognizing the need to teach children and youth resilience and inner strength and support those experiencing serious challenges such depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, bullying, substance abuse and other issues, especially since the Covid 19 pandemic.
