Requested Agenda Item Description: The RDA Board will discuss and consider an interlocal cooperation agreement with Salt Lake County for the redevelopment Magna Mantle Park. If approved, the ILA specifies that the RDA will transfer the cost of Mantle Park improvements to the County. The County will then supervise the work of its small-cost contractor, including oversight of the Mantle Park construction and payment processes.
