Requested Agenda Item Description: Budget Neutral 2023 Post Year End Appropriation Unit Shift to Establish SBITA for Thimgan-Prognose Software - a software solution that integrates with the appraisal database for multiple regression analysis, sales comparison, property valuation, and assessment defense.
We are moving $331,051 from the Personnel Appropriation Unit to Capital to establish SBITA for Thimgan. We are moving $41,272 from Personnel Appropriation Unit to Debt Services for 2023 Thimgan SBITA costs.
