Requested Agenda Item Description: Utah State Indigent Defense Commission (IDC) has awarded a grant $73,160 to Salt Lake County Indigent Legal Services. This request is to pass through the grant funds $30K to the provider LDA and $43,160 to the provider UJDA. It is a one-time budget neutral adjustment with no impact on County funding.
This request is also to correct one technical budget coding issue.
