Requested Agenda Item Description: On November 21, 2023, the Point of the Mountain State Land Authority board unanimously approved the Disposition and Development agreement for Phase One of The Point. This agreement governs the first 99 acres of development at the site. This presentation will provide an update on the Phase One agreement and progress at The Point.
