Requested Agenda Item Description: Requested Agenda Item Description: This proposed amendment addresses two primary matters: 1. lobbyists disclosures in the event they are engaged by another lobbyist or lobbying firm. 2. It clarifies that an individual elected official/office may advocate for their own positions on legislation, while prohibiting an official/office from asserting a county position that is contrary to the county’s position or when the county has not taken a position.
