Requested Agenda Item Description: The Salt Lake County Health Department Clinical Services agency requests that Council approve the Deseret Industries donation of $3,500 worth of individual vouchers, to be given in varying amounts according to client need, to qualifying clients as identified by the Salt Lake County Health Department's Parents as Teachers program. The vouchers can be used to purchase clothing or needed household items.
