Requested Agenda Item Description: Providing a highlight of the Utah Renewable Communities program, also known as the Community Renewable Energy Agency. We will provide an update to the council on the current status, and provide a preview of the utility agreement that we will be bringing to the council meeting on October 17th for council approval. The utility agreement is a required procedural step for continued participation in the Utah Renewable Communities program.
