Budget Adjustment: Engineering and Flood Control requests to transfer $2,061,551 from two different Jordan River projects to the Jordan River 2100 S Channel Improvements. This will cover all 3 phases of the project which expands 2+ years.

Requested Agenda Item Description: Phase 1 would be the conceptual design and project scoping phase. Flood Control would bring on a consultant to help determine the best course of action given the constraints in the area. This process would likely take six months.
Phase 2 would be the design phase based on the results of phase 1. Permitting for this phase may be complicated so this process could take anywhere from six months to two years.
Phase 3 would be the construction phase. This phase would likely only take a few months, but we would need to wait for a favorable flow window, likely in late Fall.
