Discuss an Amendment to an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between Salt Lake County and the Redevelopment Agency of Midvale City Regarding the Midvale Main Street Community Development Area
Requested Agenda Item Description: In accordance with Policy 1155 and based on previous guidance from Council, the Economic Development Division negotiated an ILA with Midvale City RDA for the Midvale Main Street CDA. The council will review an amendment to the ILA and provide any additional guidance. The amendment specifies the first year of Salt Lake County participation in the Midvale Main Street CDA. It also specifies the base year and base value for the project area. There is no financial impact or change to any other terms of the County’s participation.
