Budget Adjustment: The Children’s Justice Center requests 1.0 FTE-TL for a Child & Family Specialist. This position will be 100% State grant funded.

Requested Agenda Item Description: Additional funding for the Children's Justice Center through the State of Utah was added to the District Attorney budget during the June budget opening. Since that time it has been decided that a portion of that funding is best utilized toward a time-limited position for an additional Child & Family Specialist. The funding was added on Form ID 28536.
