Requested Agenda Item Description: Neil R. Lund, Susan Lund, and Barton John Lund own two parcels of real property located at approximately 777 & 787 Bayport Way, Taylorsville, Utah, Salt Lake County desires to purchase the Property, consisting of approximately 2.33 acres, for $350,000. The Property is proposed to be used for open space. The County’s Open Space Board has authorized the use of open space funds to acquire the Property. Terms and conditions for the acquisition of the Property are contained in the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
