Consideration of a Resolution of the Salt Lake County Council Approving Execution of an Amended Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Millcreek City Providing for the Transfer of County Transportation Funds for a Certain Transportation Project Within Salt Lake County

 

Requested Agenda Item Description: In December 2022, the Council approved an allocation to Holladay City in the amount of $4,500,000 for the Wasatch Blvd Shared Use Path project. In 2021, Holladay and Millcreek received funding from the WFRC Transportation and Land Use Connection for a Holladay and Millcreek Wasatch Boulevard Master Plan. Holladay and Millcreek have agreed to have Millcreek manage the implementation of the project and the $4,500,000 4th Quarter award will be transferred from Holladay to Millcreek.  Additionally, the project limits will be modified from 3680 South to 4500 South to 3300 South to Fortuna Way.
