Budget Adjustment: Parks and Rec requests to unrestrict $150,000 in committed fund balance to repair and refresh locker rooms and replace blinds in high need areas at the South Jordan Rec Center.

Requested Agenda Item Description: Recreation is requesting an unrestriction of $150,000 in committed fund balance. When the South Jordan Recreation Center was transferred from South Jordan City to Salt Lake County, funding was provided to address future maintenance issues. Until deficiencies were identified, the funds were placed in account 313030, CFB-Preservation/ Facility Improvements. Recreation has now identified needs to improve the user experience and requests the funds be appropriated for the following enhancements:
-Repair and refresh locker rooms
-Install/replace blinds in high need areas
No new County dollars are requested.
