Requested Agenda Item Description: This budget adjustment is to add funding to the Flood Control Engineering budget to cover additional expenses resulting from the declared emergency on April 13, 2023. This budget adjustment will be funded through a one-time fund balance transfer from the General Fund to the Flood Control Fund. Although the transfer is not shown as onetime in the summary report, all transfers must be reapproved each year and are considered one-time by default.
