Budget Adjustment: Youth Services requests FTE actions for two time-limited positions in the Substance Abuse Prevention program.

Requested Agenda Item Description: Youth Services has received two grants (Guiding Good Choices and Opioid Prevention) to fund two time- limited positions (Position #9902 1 FTE and #10655 0.75 FTE). These two positions are 100% grant funded.
After the grants being awarded, there was a change of plan, which was approved by the grantors. As a result, #9902 FTE will be changed from 1 FTE time-limited Youth Worker to a 0.5 FTE time-limited Case Manager. Position #10655 will be changed from a 0.75 FTE time-limited Case Manager to a 1 FTE time-limited Case Manager.
With these changes, Youth Services can move forward with the hiring. This is a budget neutral without any budget impact on County funding.
