Requested Agenda Item Description: Tax Record Adjustments on 2 parcels for erroneous payments. Also, a parcel has conveyed a portion of their property to new owners without satisfaction of all outstanding property tax obligations. We are requesting authorization to release and reapply all liens for delinquent taxes, and to bill the co-owners for their portion.
