Budget Adjustment: This budget adjustment is to reverse the Justice Court’s contra account for payroll and expenses. The total amount is as follows:
Payroll amount: G/L 601095 Personnel underspend $900,000.00
Expense amount: G/L 667095 Operation underspend $400,000.00
Total: 1,300,000.00

Requested Agenda Item Description: The Justice Court has met the requests of the MSD. The MSD also presented to the board and voted (03/08/2023) that they were satisfied with the Justice completing their request. The Justice Court has attached a budget projection that shows the Justice Court will run out of monies in the third week of April 2023 with a shortfall of (2.20) in the third week. Therefore, the Justice Court would ask to have its budget restored to its original amount of the remaining contra account.
