Budget Adjustment: The Eccles Theater requests a technical adjustment to move budgets for 3 capital projects to the correct project names.

Requested Agenda Item Description: During the 2023 budget process, 3 projects; ECC_0004_ET, ECC_0019_SITE, & ECC_0019_BLDG were re-budgeted with naming errors. This is a technical adjustment to transfer the budget from the incorrect project names to the correct project names in Sherpa. Because of the naming errors, it caused an error during the upload of the approved 2023 budget from Sherpa to MyFin. Members of the budget team were able to correct the names during the process to complete the upload, but the approved projects names in Sherpa do not match the 2023 approved project names in MyFin. Completion of the adjustment insures that Sherpa & MYFIN projects names match.
