Requested Agenda Item Description: The Oak Hills Tennis Center project with Salt Lake City agreement ended on December 31st, 2022. Now working with a new construction company, they have found residual problems with the previous company. In order to move the project along, the now current estimated completion date is June 20th, 2023. Resolution is needing to be heard and approved by Council once more.
