Requested Agenda Item Description: Salt Lake County Council Members, with Sheriff Rivera and other local authorities have identified a conflict of interest for the Salt Lake County Sheriff to head SLVLESA as their CEO. Through this resolution The Council encourages the SLVLESA Board of Trustees to exercise its sole statutory authority to select or contract their administrative services.
