Requested Agenda Item Description: The Council will consider amendments to Salt Lake Countywide Policy No. 1037, concerning Electronic Meetings conducted by the Salt Lake County Council and other Salt Lake County public bodies and boards consistent with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. The purpose of the amendments is to align countywide policy with requirements enacted by the Utah Legislature (House Bill 22, 2022 general session) concerning the calculation of a quorum and the tabulation of voting during electronic meetings of the Council.
