Requested Agenda Item Description: True-up transfers for 2022 ARPA EC6.0 Provision of Government Services as well as for estimated project spend in 2022.
For projects where some expenses have been delayed until 2023, the transfer budget is being moved to 2023 to align transfers with projected expense for each year. This true-up includes swapping an ARPA transfer with a transfer from the General Fund for project costs reimbursed by FEMA.
