Requested Agenda Item Description: An ordinance of the legislative body of Salt Lake County, Utah, repealing and replacing Chapter 2.56 of the Salt Lake County Code of Ordinances, 2001, entitled “Community Districts and Community Councils” to reflect changes in the unincorporated county, and to establish requirements by which nonprofit entities properly organized as community councils in the unincorporated county may seek recognition and funding from the county.
