Budget Adjustment: Office of Regional Development Requests to Recognize an Additional $10M ERAP1 Funds Received from the State to be Spent Before the End of the Year.

Requested Agenda Item Description: Budget Neutral Adjustment. The state has left over ERAP1 funds that need to be used before the end of the year and requested that Salt Lake County take $10,000,000 of the funds and pass them through to eligible recipients.
This adjustment is to recognize the additional $10 mil in funds coming in and setting up expenses to pass through the money before the end of the year.
Also this will reduce expenses and revenues in the ERAP2 program that will be used in future years as our focus changes to spending these 2022 funds first.
