Requested Agenda Item Description: Vince R. Rodgers and Karen R. Rodgers own a parcel of real property located at approximately 1304 North Killyons Ln., Emigration, Utah, parcel number 10-27-252-001. The Property consist of approximately 0.63 acres, and as more particularly described on Exhibit “A” to the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit 1, and incorporated herein by this reference. Salt Lake County, and the Rodgers have entered into the Agreement for the sum of one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000.00) subject to the Salt Lake County Council’s approval. Pursuant to the Agreement the Property is to be used as open space. It has been determined that the best interests of the County and the public will be served by executing the Agreement attached to this Resolution.
