Requested Agenda Item Description: Receive public comments on the proposed amendments to Salt Lake County’s Unincorporated Moderate Income Housing Plan. The proposed modifications will bring the County into compliance with the new requirements adopted by the State in June 2022, through HB 462. The changes to the plan include the selection of MIH strategies and an implementation for each strategy.
