Requested Agenda Item Description: AAS requests $150K, the State AAA (Area Agency on Aging) revenue contract-ARPA funds to support additional temporary labor budget needs.
This is a budget neutral request, to shift the originally allocated foods budget, where is projected significantly underspent to support increasing needs in temporary labors, such as kitchen staff and transportation/food delivery drivers.
The state agency has confirmed that they are supportive of this reallocation of funds.
