Requested Agenda Item Description: The Salt Lake County Board of Health currently has two vacancies with the completion of Board terms for the following: -Mayor Robert Dahle, Mayor representing a municipality in the county -Vacant, county-wide appointment The following are recommendations for Board nominees that will fulfill qualifications as outlined in Board bylaws:  Mayor representing a municipality in the county: Mayor Marcus Stevenson- is the Mayor of Midvale City who resides in Midvale, Council District #6. Mayor Stevenson, the youngest Mayor in Salt Lake County, has 10 years of community engagement experience and recently learned that UDOH ranks Midvale 84th out of 99 on their Utah Health Improvement index. Mayor Stevenson has community engagement experience and special interest in improving health disparities and was referred by Tom Hudachko. This appointment would be for one 3-year term from July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2025.  County-wide appointment: Mayor Michael Weichers- is the Mayor with the City of Cottonwood Heights who resides in Cottonwood Heights, Council District #4. He is proven leader with 20+ years management experience and is a current Vice President, Senior Relationship Advisor with Zion’s Bank. This appointment would be for one 3-year term from July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2025.
