Requested Agenda Item Description: A need has arisen in the final phase of the Sherpa implementation that will require additional one-time funding for a change request. An opportunity to improve the accuracy of the fund balance projection tool was identified after going through one budget cycle, but the improvement will require a change to what was already implemented. The vendor has provided a fix cost quote of $7,000 for the programming changes. The one-time addition to the project will be offset by a one-time reduction in the Mayor's Finance operating budget.
