Requested Agenda Item Description: The Salt Lake County Jail Food Contract recently went through the procurement process. This is an essential service as it provides meals for inmates incarcerated within the facility. As a result of the winning bid, there will be an increase in the cost of this service due to inflation on food costs and pay for staffing. This request is for a partial amount for the remainder of 2022, with an annualized amount for 2023.
