Requested Agenda Item Description: Allocation to South Salt Lake from SB 277 (2017) for reconstruction of 500 West from 3300 South to 3900 South. The project proposes to reconstruct the current roadway pavement section, consolidate existing and proposed driveways to improve access points, install continuous curb, gutter, and sidewalk throughout the corridor, improve drainage facilities, redesign signaling, and implement pedestrian access ramps to meet ADA standards. Note, the funding recipient and amount was determined by the Utah State Legislature and previously agreed to by the Salt Lake County Council at the time the County received funding.
