Requested Agenda Item Description: The Salt Lake County Summer Intern Program employs students who need to earn money while attending college or university, are considered low-to-moderate income, and embody the vast diversity represented by our community's population. Bank of America in partnership with United Way of Salt Lake, has granted the amount of $55,442.50 to run a summer internship that will allow us to hire interns who can benefit from this experience, provide them with trajectory-changing experiences, and lean strongly into equity, access, and inclusion.
