Requested Agenda Item Description: This proposed ordinance amends several sections of the Salt Lake County Code of Ordinances, 2001, to provide for the review and advice as to form and legality by the Salt Lake County District Attorney in the manner prescribed Senate Bill 57, approved by the Utah Legislature in the 2022 general session. The ordinance also makes other technical changes and updates for consistency.
