Requested Agenda Item Description: The Salt Lake County Division of Behavioral Health Services (DBHS) is required to submit their FY 23 annual area plan to the State Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health by May 15, 2022. DBHS will present the new and notable changes to the area plan along with summary information regarding budgets and individuals served for Council approval.
