Requested Agenda Item Description: ARPA- Salt Lake Center Of Opportunity Partnership (CO-OP) will provide technical assistance, counseling, and other services to assist businesses from socioeconomically disadvantaged communities. CO-OP will use ARPA funding to launch a long-term initiative to increase economic opportunity in Salt Lake County by increasing the availability and connection to resources that will help these businesses thrive.
