Budget Adjustment: Assessor Request for $283,229 for Market Adjustment that was Approved November 2021

Requested Agenda Item Description: Near the end of 2021 Council approved $226,167 salary and $57,062 benefits for a total of $283,229 additional funds for salary adjustments in the Assessor's Office. This should have been included in our 2022 budget but was not included in error. This is to add the approved funds to our budget.
