Requested Agenda Item Description: Due to unforeseen circumstances discovered during construction, as well as the received bid amount being higher than anticipated, the projects contingency was not enough to cover these various necessary components. As result of this, the project seeks to restore the expended contingency to cover the remaining project costs and unforeseen events since the project is currently at approximately 70% complete. The PDT seeks $38,670 from the underspend balance from the Oxbow Jail Kitchen Upgrades 450-- SHF113.
