Uncollectible Delinquent State Assessed Taxes, Category 212 A-Book

Requested Agenda Item Description: The attached list of 48 delinquent parcels should be written off as uncollectible. The delinquent parcels are 1988 through 2015 State Assessed Taxes, Category 212 A-Book. Given the age of the delinquent accounts, it is recommended that County records be adjusted to eliminate taxes, penalties, and accrued interest on all listed parcels. The Salt Lake County District Attorney concurs with this recommendation.
