Requested Agenda Item Description: The Mayor’s Office received notice that a property owner in the unincorporated county has the desire to annex into Salt Lake City. As this proposed annexation does create a peninsula it is necessary that the County Council vote in favor or in opposition that this proposed annexation proceed in the legal process.
