Requested Agenda Item Description: The Salt County Council dedicates $50,000 to UTA’s “No Fare February” and a like amount to a similar event in March. Nevertheless, the full amount is available to UTA to use as needed for their no fare program as they feel necessary to boost ridership and preserve air quality.
