Budget Adjustment: Community Services Request to Add Additional Funding to the Jordan River Trail - Parley’s Trail Connector Project

Requested Agenda Item Description: Salt Lake County has been working on a project to connect the Jordan River Trail to the current terminus of Parley's Trail at 900 West. Construction bids have been opened, and the amounts exceed the project's available budget. Parks & Recreation requests this adjustment to increase the project's expense budget in order to begin construction by increasing the project's revenue budgets to account for new project grant revenues and by transferring available budget from substantially complete projects.
