Requested Agenda Item Description: The Council will vote to forward the ordinance revisions to the County’s Planning Commission and County community councils for review and comment. The changes include changing County Code to include wedding and reception uses in the definition of restaurant, liquor license and adding outdoor weddings as a conditional use in Forestry and Recreation zones.
