Requested Agenda Item Description: Pursuant to Salt Lake County Code of Ordinances Section 2.08.030.E and based upon the Council’s determination that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the peace, health, or safety of the County and its inhabitants, this ordinance may take effect immediately upon publication in one issue of a newspaper published in and having general circulation in the County.
