Requested Agenda Item Description: This is the Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance discussed in July. It was sent to the Mountainous Planning Commission and returned with their approval. The Salt Lake County Planning Commission will discuss it at their October 13th meeting. The Council will move to set a public hearing for October 26th.
